From the start Koen & Co focuses on ‘design for assembly’. Easy assembly of a product can make a big difference in the cost price of the final product

Disassembly
By making a ‘design for disassembly’ we develop products that are easily disassembled. By doing this, it is easier to separate the various parts of a product for repair or recycling or reuse.

Recycling
By using the technical metabolism (C2C) thermoplasts can be melted into new products without any loss of the specific characteristics of the material. When making a design and choosing the material, we take into consideration the possibility of reusing the raw materials.
