Making models for testing
A physical model gives more feedback compared to an image on the computer screen. Koen&Co can make models at any moment in the development process with its own 3D printer. The 3D printer creates a physical plastic model based on a 3D CAD drawing. The proportions and the physical properties of the product can be tested with this model. Our 3D Print facility makes us develop better and faster.

Making models for sales
The 3D printed models from our own machine can be spray painted in any color. For an even more realistic feel of the product a silicon mold can be made. A cast of this mold can be made from diverse materials.  These models are hard to distinguish from the real product and can be used for consumer research, trade show introductions and sales presentations.
